Since 2004, we have been bringing art to life.
Rekor Sanat Educational Institutions offers music, art and ballet education in İstanbul and Bursa. Our teachers, original teaching methods and an organisation governed by shared rules support each student’s progress on their own learning journey.

Every student has their own path.
Everyone discovers art at a different age, with different aims and a different starting level. We shape our teaching approach with these differences in mind.
We teach instruments one to one and tailor the programme to each student’s age, goals and current level. Depending on the student’s needs, we combine internationally recognised teaching methods with original methods developed by our founders.
Valuing teachers shapes the education we provide.
At Rekor Sanat, whose founders are also teachers, permanent employment is our core approach. We value an environment where teachers can focus on their profession and work with us for many years.
We receive around 350 applications from teachers each year. Our human resources department reviews every application individually. In face-to-face interviews led by our founders, we consider academic background, technical competence, communication skills and the desire to teach together.
A shared vision through the Teacher Academy
Online professional-development videos produced with our studio facilities and specialist team support our teachers’ growth. The Teacher Academy helps sustain a shared educational approach across all our branches.
It starts in the book and continues online.
The original teaching methods developed by our founders combine books with digital support. Students scan the QR codes on each page and log in to access supporting videos and music for the relevant exercises. Work begun in class continues outside lessons with these resources.

An organisation you can trust. At every branch.
The internal rules we call the “Rekor Sanat Constitution” form the basis of our working practices. Prices, offers and operating rules are set by central management; corporate decisions are made through joint consideration by the board.
In our own education management software, everyone works within defined permissions. Actions are recorded and can be tracked. We run our franchise network according to the same educational and management standards.
Our software development is led by our software specialist, who has worked at the institution since 2009.
Every lesson is recorded. Every stage is monitored.
Our education management system brings lesson and level records together. Teachers, administration staff and branch directors work together within a process with clearly defined responsibilities.

Behind every lesson, a large team working together.
Every branch has a director, deputy director, administration team and permanent cleaning staff. Hygiene and cleaning are monitored seven days a week.
Our team works across accounting, human resources, franchising, software and design, supported by advisers in law, finance and Ministry of National Education procedures. The effort students see in their lessons is backed by all these departments working together.
