Our teachers receive an additional 2% seniority increase for every completed year at Rekor Sanat. As we grow together over the years, their monthly earnings grow too. We believe this is the healthiest kind of growth: as our teachers progress, their passion for teaching grows with them, allowing experience to make a difference in every way.

Our teachers' qualifications matter to us. Rekor Sanat recognises the academic achievements of teachers with two university degrees, a master's degree or a doctorate. They qualify for additional monthly earnings according to their academic level, so their extra years of study bring tangible rewards.

Rekor Sanat teachers who present their successful students in exhibitions, concerts or performances receive an additional ₺2,600 bonus for each event they take part in, on top of their other earnings.

Art is a universal language, and speaking more than one language is an art in itself. Teachers with strong English skills can communicate their art more easily to international students and are well placed to explore overseas resources and follow the global arts world. These skills support career advancement and additional monthly earnings.

Teaching at Rekor Sanat is valued. All our teachers receive extra lesson payments on top of their salary for every additional lesson they teach. Our extra lesson rates are two to three times those paid by state and private schools.

Getting to school should be easy and cost-free. All our permanent teachers receive a monthly travel allowance of ₺3,900, so they do not have to pay transport costs to come to Rekor Sanat. Our branches are easy to reach in the city's most central and distinguished areas.

Our permanent teachers receive ₺7,800 on their meal cards every month, which they can use as they wish for meals or grocery shopping.

Rekor Sanat teachers who wish or need to move home after starting their role can receive moving assistance. All permanent teachers may use this support whenever they need it.

Teachers who are mothers of children aged 2 to 5 can receive our childcare or nursery support, helping them care for both their children and their students.

All teachers at Rekor Sanat can enjoy unlimited free tea, coffee and water on teaching days. As we have done for 21 years, with pleasure and peace of mind.

Every 24 November, our golden-hearted teachers receive a quarter, half or full Turkish gold coin as a gift. Instead of giving flowers, we also make a certified sapling donation in each teacher's name to help protect nature.

Our teachers' relatives are valued too. Five relatives of their choice can receive an additional 30% discount on course registration for 8 months, on top of all existing discounts.

All our teachers receive a materials allowance for their teaching-related expenses during the year.
