Information submitted through our job application form is used to assess your application and manage the recruitment process.

Information submitted through our franchise form is used to assess your request and contact you about the application process.

Suggestions and complaints form

Our suggestions and complaints form does not request identifying information. The content you share is used to assess your suggestion or complaint and follow up on the matter.

Online enrolment form

Information submitted through our online enrolment form is used to manage your course registration and payment process.

Course review form

Information submitted through our course review form is used to review and publish your feedback. Once published, your display name, rating and any comment can be read by other visitors.

Reviews are published after checks for spam and personal information; low ratings are assessed under the same rules. Do not include your child’s full name, phone number or contact details in your comment.

Access to Your Information

Only Rekor Sanat employees authorised to carry out the relevant tasks can access your information. It is stored in areas with restricted access. Conversation notes and transaction histories may be kept to follow up on the process.

Online Enrolment and Payment

Your application is saved before you proceed to payment. Payments are processed through iyzico; your card number and security code are not stored in Rekor Sanat’s form records. Payment status, amount and transaction number are retained to track your enrolment.

Security Verification

Cloudflare Turnstile is used to reduce automated submissions. This service processes your IP address and technical browser and connection signals. For details, please see the Cloudflare Turnstile privacy notice. Technical access logs kept for site security are processed separately from the information you submit in forms.

To reduce automated and duplicate reviews, a security cookie is placed in your browser and submissions are verified on the server. IP addresses and technical connection information used for security checks are not shown in your published review.
