Art Exhibition Participation and Visitor Rules

Dear Parents and Students, please carefully follow the rules below to preserve the order, visual consistency and artistic atmosphere of our exhibition.

* All students whose work is exhibited must wear black for the occasion. Both upper and lower garments should be black, without images or writing. Please avoid trainers and choose plain black clothing to maintain the exhibition’s visual consistency.

* Please arrive in the foyer 30 minutes before the exhibition opens.

* Students exhibiting their work will enter the exhibition area with their teacher 30 minutes before the start and take their places beside their own work.

* Throughout the event, all students should remain beside or near their work in the exhibition area. During the opening address, our institution’s director and teachers will present participation certificates to the students.

* Throughout the exhibition, all Rekor Sanat teachers will attend to the needs of the students present.

* To preserve a calm atmosphere and protect the artworks, please do not bring children under four to the event.

* Admission to the exhibition is free, with no limit on the number of guests.

* Professional photographs will be taken during the exhibition, but there will be no professional video recording. You may take photos or videos on your phone without disturbing others.

* Food and drinks are not allowed in the exhibition area to protect the works and keep the space clean.

* Please remember that you are responsible for your belongings in the exhibition area.

* The opening and exhibition event will last approximately two hours in total.

* Please silence your mobile phones and avoid speaking loudly during the exhibition to preserve its artistic atmosphere and respect the students presenting their work.
