Delivery and Refunds

Until your course begins, you can cancel at any time without giving a reason and receive a refund. Simply call us to request it; the refund is then processed automatically straight away. No reason is required. Once lessons have begun and your student registration has been entered in the Ministry of National Education’s records, refunds are subject to that Ministry’s refund regulations. For a refund after lessons begin:

Under Article 56 of the Ministry of National Education Regulation on Private Educational Institutions:

(1) (Amended: Official Gazette 5/7/2014–29051) If one or more of the reasons below apply, those leaving the institution receive a refund of fees already paid for the days and hours after their departure, calculated from the amount stated on the issued invoice.

(2) A refund requires the following:
a) (Repealed: Official Gazette 5/7/2014–29051)
b) The student or course participant leaves the institution for health reasons supported by a medical report;
c) The institution closes;
ç) The term cannot begin;
d) Education inspectors establish that the institution’s teaching and learning environment has deteriorated (wording amended: Official Gazette 5/7/2014–29051);
e) Official institutions certify that the course participant or the student’s guardian can no longer afford to keep the student or participant at the institution.
