Guidelines for Rekor Sanat Student Events

Event Guidelines

* All students performing on stage must wear black clothing for the occasion. Both upper and lower garments must be black, without pictures or writing. Avoiding trainers and wearing plain black clothing is important for a disciplined and unified presentation. Ballet students will perform in costumes made specifically for the evening.

* Please be in the foyer 30 minutes before the event begins.

* Students performing will be taken backstage by a teacher 30 minutes before the event starts.

* All participating students will wait backstage during the event and come on stage together at the end to receive their participation certificates.

* Throughout the event, Rekor Sanat teachers will attend to all the needs of the students waiting backstage.

* To help maintain a quiet atmosphere, please do not bring children under 4.

* Seats are numbered, and you may buy as many seats as you wish in your preferred location. There is no limit on the number of attendees. Tickets are sold exclusively on bubilet.com.tr. All ticket proceeds will be donated to the TEMA Foundation and Bursa Philharmonic Association.

* Please check the date and time when buying your ticket. We have three different events in the same hall on the same day, so it is important not to purchase a ticket for the wrong time. Thank you for your attention.

* Security staff will screen everyone entering the venue.

* Professional photographs will be taken during the event, but there will be no professional video recording. You may record video on your phone from your seat, provided you remain silent and do not disturb anyone.

* Keep your electronic ticket throughout the event

* Food and drinks are not permitted in the venue.

* Please remember that you are responsible for your personal belongings at the venue.

* The event will last approximately 2 hours.

* Keeping your mobile phones switched off and remaining quiet during the event is very important for our students on stage.
